When you use the thread consumption calculator and ask for the full report, we collect the details you type in: your name, company, WhatsApp number or email, and city. We also save the estimate you made, such as the garment, quantity and cones needed.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you send.

How we use it

We use your details only to help with your sewing thread requirement, for example to send a quote or follow up on your estimate. We do not sell or share your details with other companies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for our business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
